Organization Settings
Each organization in LearnHouse has its own configurable settings that control branding, features, and access.
Branding
Customize the look and feel of your organization:
- Organization name and description
- Logo and favicon
- Color scheme and theme preferences
AI Configuration
Per-organization AI controls let admins:
- Enable or disable AI features for the organization
- Set a per-user request limit to cap usage
- Toggle individual AI surfaces (such as the admin copilot)
The Google Gemini API key itself is a global, instance-level setting (LEARNHOUSE_GEMINI_API_KEY) — it is configured once at deployment and shared across all organizations. See AI Setup for details.
User and Access Settings
Control how users interact with your organization:
- Signup mechanism — Choose between open signup and invite-only registration.
- User limits — Set maximum user counts if needed.
Managing Settings
Organization settings are accessible to Admin users from the organization dashboard. Navigate to Settings to view and modify all available options.
