Organization Settings
Each organization in LearnHouse has its own configurable settings that control branding, features, and access.
Branding
Customize the look and feel of your organization:
- Organization name and description
- Logo and favicon
- Color scheme and theme preferences
AI Configuration
Configure the AI assistant for your organization:
- Enable or disable AI features
- Set your OpenAI API key
- Adjust AI behavior and context settings
An OpenAI API key is required for AI features to function. Without one, the AI assistant will be unavailable to students and teachers.
User and Access Settings
Control how users interact with your organization:
- Signup mechanism — Choose between open signup and invite-only registration.
- User limits — Set maximum user counts if needed.
- Default role — Configure the default role assigned to new users.
Managing Settings
Organization settings are accessible to Admin users from the organization dashboard. Navigate to Settings to view and modify all available options.
