Plans & Limits
On LearnHouse Cloud, each organization is on a plan that decides which features it can use and how much. Self-hosted instances have no plans and no usage limits.
Plans on LearnHouse Cloud
Plans go from lowest to highest: Free, Personal, Personal Family, Standard, Pro and Enterprise. A higher plan includes everything below it, with one exception: Personal and Personal Family include boards and playgrounds, which Standard does not.

An admin seat is a member whose role has dashboard access. See Users and Access.

The free plan always shows the “Made with LearnHouse” watermark.
Where you see plan limits
- Organization → Usage shows your plan, your courses, members and admin seats against their limits, and your AI credits.
- Features your plan does not include show a card with the plan they need (for example “Upgrade to Pro”) and a link to upgrade.
- The public menu hides links to features your plan does not include. See Menu.
AI credit packs
When you run low on AI credits, you can buy extra credits as an add-on pack. Use Buy More on the Usage tab. Active packs are listed there, and purchased credits add to your plan’s base credits.

A platform superadmin can turn individual features off for an organization from the admin dashboard (Enterprise Edition and LearnHouse Cloud). On LearnHouse Cloud, features included in a paid plan always stay on.
